GLP vaults are a type of leveraged vault. Leverage vaults are for users who strongly believe in a certain strategy and wish to use leverage to double down on their strategy by owning more of the said tokens. This will involve borrowing liquidity from other vaults to increase the exposure to the underlying tokens.
USDC Lending GLP Vault is a lending vault, including having a lower risk profile than leverage vaults but lends to the Leverage GLP to receive similar profit behavior.
