Providing liquidity on Aerodrome Finance is similar to most AMMs out there like MarginX or UniswapV3.
To open a liquidity position on Aerodrome Finance, simply follow the steps below:
Visit the Aerodrome Finance landing page
Connect to your Web3 wallet (such as MetaMask or f(x)Wallet). Please ensure that you have a sufficient amount of ETH to cover on-chain gas fees. These fees will be charged by the Base chain.)
Swap for a token pair that is supported on Baklava Space. The example shown, we will be swapping ETH for an equal value amount of $AERO
and $BAVA.
Change to "Liquidity" Tab and click "Deposit Liquidity".
Select the Token Pair you would like to provide liquidity for. In this case, we have used the supported token $AERO & $BAVA.
Once the token pair is selected, select the supported pool type. In this case, vAMM-BAVA/AERO. Click "New Deposit".
Once selected, "Allow" both tokens. This permission enables the smart contract to access and utilize the tokens.
Once allowed, click "Deposit".
You may now view your liquidity position in the "Dashboard" tab.
Do not "Stake" any of your liquidity positions. Instead, navigate to Baklava Space Aerodrome Yield Farming Vault. And "Connect" your wallet, selecting the relevant chain, in this case "Base" chain.
You may need to disconnect your wallet from Aerodrome Finance first.
Click "Deposit" and select the amount you wish to leave with us to auto-compound for you. You may select the "Max" amount. Then click on "Approve". This permission enables the smart contract to access and utilize the LP tokens.
Click "Deposit".
If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will be able to see the vault shares and deposited value of your position.
The "Reinvest" button is for you to manually reinvest your farmed rewards back into your pool. But not to worry, it auto-compounds at a very fast rate, so you don't actually have to manually reinvest.
Your BRT2 tokens are based on the ratio provided at the top of the page. The formula is provided below. So if you have 10 BRT2 tokens, it means you have ~15.57vAMM tokens.
